A CLEANER WAY OF LIVING.
Meridian provides residential cleaning services to clients throughout coastal and inland north county San Diego. Our cleaning products are entirely natural and non-toxic, often homemade from botanical and household ingredients. We use natural and biodegradable cleaning supplies, including all cotton (no microfiber) rags and natural fiber mops. We provide all products, tools and equipment needed, though we’re happy to use yours if you prefer.
We’re available for one-time/occasional, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly standard cleaning, deep cleaning, vacation rental and move in/move out cleaning. SERVICES
STANDARD CLEANING
Standard Cleaning is ideal for regularly scheduled weekly or biweekly cleanings, and homes that have been cleaned on a regular basis. Standard Cleaning includes cleaning of interior windows, walls and baseboards, floors and furniture, sinks and countertops, appliances, faucets and fixtures. We can clean wood, granite and stone, painted surfaces and cabinetry, stainless steel, glass and more. We can clean any and all rooms in your home, and can include laundry and changing of linens if desired.
Standard Cleaning rates: $50/hour (three hour minimum.)
DEEP CLEANING
Deep Cleaning includes all areas covered in Standard Cleaning, and can also include interiors of cabinets, refrigerator cleaning, oven and range cleaning, windowsills, blinds and window tracks, high fixtures, and any areas/projects that need special attention. Initial (new client) cleanings, monthly and one-time/occasional cleanings often fall under the Deep Cleaning category, especially for homes with pets. For new clients, typically the first few cleanings will be Deep Cleanings.
Vacation Rental Turnover and Move In/Move Out Cleanings are treated and priced as Deep Cleanings.
What's Not Included:
Upholstery and carpet stain removal, rug and carpet cleaning, exterior windows, grout stain removal and restoration services are best left to professionals who specialize in these areas, and are not included in our services. Thank you for understanding!
Deep Cleaning Rates: $60/hour (three hour minimum.)
For special circumstances, such as cleaning of outdoor spaces, garages and other storage spaces, please make an inquiry prior to booking. Pricing for these cleanings may exceed deep cleaning rates as additional labor and cleaning materials are often required.
