OUR SERVICES

Meridian Residential Cleaning provides environmentally friendly residential cleaning services to north county San Diego, California. We use biodegradable, organic and natural cleaning products, often homemade from household ingredients. We also avoid microfiber cleaning fabrics, as these can have a detrimental effect on health and the environment. Our clients enjoy knowing their home is cleaned naturally and safely without harsh chemicals or synthetic fibers. Please let us know if you prefer a fragrance free cleaning, and we will avoid use of essential oils in your home.

As our products are natural, we understand that they have some limitations, and may not have the functionality or effectiveness of conventional chemical cleaning products. We cannot guarantee resolution of any cleaning issue, and make no claims about the effectiveness of our products, materials or equipment. Certain cleaning services, such as rug, carpet and upholstery stain removal, cleaning of exterior windows, grout stain removal and restoration services are best left to professionals who specialize in these areas, and are not included in our services. SERVICE HOURS

Our service hours are Monday thru Saturday, 8am to 6pm. We’re closed Sundays and most holidays, and may opt to cancel or limit services on specific dates. In the event we need to cancel, limit or reschedule service, for example, if your regularly scheduled cleaning will fall on a holiday, we will contact you in advance to discuss scheduling. If you need to reschedule a cleaning, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. You may also manage your bookings through the Client Portal on our website.

BOOKING

Bookings can be made by contacting us through our website or by email at booking@meridianresidentialcleaning.com. We require a consultation prior to your first booking, where we can discuss our services, your cleaning preferences and expectations, as well as confirm that your location is within our service area and that we can accommodate your scheduling needs. If you prefer a phone consultation, please provide us with your best phone number so we can reach out. We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day.

Following our consultation, you may book with us directly or via the Client Portal on our website. We cannot guarantee booking at your preferred date and/or times, and our availability depends upon our current booking commitments. Please contact us to discuss your scheduling preferences. We will do our best to accommodate you!

CLIENT PORTAL

Clients may find it easy to set up payments for one-time or regularly scheduling service through the Client Portal section of our website. We may limit access to our client portal at any time for any reason, including site maintenance or to prevent over-booking. At this time, the Client Portal is password protected, which allows us to ensure that we can accommodate our clients. By requiring a consultation prior to booking, we can make sure that bookings are made within our service area, and that we can accommodate your scheduling needs, for example. SERVICE AREA

We serve inland and coastal north county San Diego, California, including Escondido, Valley Center, Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad and surrounding areas. With some limitations, we may accept bookings elsewhere in San Diego county. If you’re interested in our services but may not be within our service area, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you!

PRICING

As of January 2026, Standard Cleanings are priced at $50 per hour per cleaner, Deep Cleanings, Vacation Rental Cleanings and Move In/Move Out Cleanings are priced at $60 per hour per cleaner, and Special Projects may have a separate hourly rate. It is difficult to give a guaranteed estimate for your cleaning cost or time length prior to cleaning your home. Cleaning durations vary greatly based upon many factors, including square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the time since the home was last cleaned, the level of cleaning needed, the level of tidying and organization needed, whether pets are present in the home, and so forth. General estimates can be obtained by contacting us using the booking form and providing us with as much information as possible about your home.

Our rates are subject to change at any time. We will do our best to provide notice to current clients in the event of a rate change. Rate changes will only apply to future bookings and bookings for the next calendar year. Rate changes will not apply to bookings already made in the same calendar year.

PAYMENT

Payment is due the same day of the cleaning, at the end of each cleaning. You are welcome to pay in advance at the time of booking via the Client Portal if you prefer. We accept payments via cash, Venmo, Zelle or through this website. We do not accept personal check. Payment for one-time or regularly scheduled cleanings can be set up through this website via the Client Portal. Regular clients may find it convenient to set up recurring payments through our website, while some prefer we send a text or make a Venmo request for the total.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards for cleaning services may be purchased through our website via the Client Portal. Your gift certificate will be made available as an email sent to your gift recipient. Your gift recipient will have the option to book their cleaning with us by email, text or over the phone. If you must guarantee a specific date or time for your booking, please contact us prior to making your purchase to ensure we can accommodate you. Gift certificates are only redeemable by the individual identified at booking- thank you for understanding!

SCHEDULING

Cleanings may be booked for morning, afternoon or all-day time slots. We require a minimum of three hours per cleaning. If you book through our Client Portal, you’ll have some flexibility in start times depending upon our current availability that day. If possible, please book your cleaning time as early as is convenient for you. This allows us sufficient time in the day to travel from morning to afternoon bookings. Cleanings of six hours or longer are considered all-day cleanings, as it is not usually possible to book an additional cleaning on the same day. Following our initial consultation, we’ll agree upon a set day and time for your one-time or regularly scheduled service. You may also book through the Client Portal on our website. We ask that you honor the day and time we’ve agreed upon for your cleaning, and please make a note of it in your calendar if you need to. As a small business, cancellations directly affect us. That said, we understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or make a cancellation, please let us know as soon as possible. At this time, we do not charge you for your booking in the event of a cancellation. If a client makes repetitive or frequent cancellations we may opt to discontinue service, or may require payment ahead of time going forward.

CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at any time, for any reason. Possible reasons for refusal or cancellation of your service may include, but are not limited to: scheduling conflicts, issues verifying a client’s address, incorrect contact information, or issues receiving payment, for example. We may also need to cancel for extenuating circumstances, including personal emergency. In the event of cancellation, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Our clients may cancel a booking prior to the cleaning without being required to pay for services. If a client cancels frequently or repeatedly, we may opt to discontinue services to that client or may require payment ahead of each cleaning going forward. We understand that things happen, and if you must cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

SOCIAL MEDIA

We love to share photos of our work, before & after shots, natural cleaning ideas and more via our website, advertisement materials and social media. We will not share photos of your home in any of our social media, advertising or web content without your consent.
